WHAT WE DO?
At Mic for Youth, we go beyond traditional academics to equip young minds with the real-life skills that schools don’t teach. From mastering personal finance, building effective communication, understanding entrepreneurship, to navigating career challenges and digital tools, our programs are designed to help you live smarter, work smarter, and achieve more. Whether it’s hands-on workshops, interactive training sessions, or inspiring events, we focus on practical knowledge that makes a tangible difference in life and career.
OBJECTIVE
Established in the year 2017, the main motive of MIC for Youths back then was to provide an open training platform for the youths in Nepal, to enhance their leadership qualities and career development abilities. Since inception, the Founder/CEO has excelled on and above the company Motto “To provide potential and professional leaders”, building a well-loved platform for the youth.
The company has bifurcated into “MIC For Youths” and “Grow Corp Global”. Collaboratively, it’s successfully trained more than 200,000 youths, among whom 500+ have secured employment in established companies. In the long run, the company wants to be deduced as a hub for youths to interact, collaborate and build confidence so that they can realize and manifest their own unique potentials in Nepal instead of harvesting them on foreign soil.
About
Founder
Shivam Agrawal is re-known face among youths all over Nepal with his leadership qualities. He is one of the youngest motivational speaker and leadership coach. He initiated MIC for Youths with the vision of expanding it all over Nepal along with neighbor countries and successfully managed to establish it in 10 cities in Nepal; mostly in South Nepal. Till date, he had trained more than 2000 youths via MIC for Youths and school colleges. He believes to invest in youths rather than logical motivation seminar. He is also one of the trainers in MIC for Youths.
